Unusual sermon topic

I spoke at Living Stones Fellowship in Stevens Point the last two Sundays. I chose two of the lessons from the Creation Seminar, dismantling the two pillars the theory of Darwinian Evolution is built on, time and random chance mutations. For disputing the pillar of time, I go back to the Hebrew and the definition of the word yom (day/period of time). I use logic and probability to tear down the pillar of mutations. It was strange content for a Sunday morning, but as many from the congregation affirmed, it’s information that needs to be taught.

Firewood getting restocked behind our house thanks to generous friends and supporters!

Blessed and grateful

Every year, since we moved into our house 22 years ago, a crew from our home church in Illinois has come to help us with home projects and cut firewood. It’s mostly been the same faithful crew – John, Gary, Jeff, and Renee. This time around they cut, split, and stacked wood and then connected and buried the electrical line from the garage to the house. We are SO blessed and grateful for all they have done for us!! We have had several new donations over the past weeks, including one very generous gift from some dear friends. Thank you for giving to the Lord!

Keep Us in Your Prayers

Please continue to pray for us as we travel and reach more people for Christ:

  • We are at 67% of funding for this year! Pray for new donors to help us reach our funding goal of $12,500/month to cover salaries and operating expenses (or $150,000/annually).
  • We were able to get some info on the status of our paperwork. They said we should hear something within the next 45 days. Pray that we hear sooner rather than later.
  • Pray for the health of our team, especially Michael.
  • Pray for all the details of the Marine Bio trip and students to register.
  • Pray for Charlotte as she juggles school and working for E4F, and that the classes she needs to graduate will be available next semester.

Thank you for your prayers! Love and Blessings to you all!
