The policies on this page are limited to the purchases made in the Evidence 4 Faith online shop. Refund policies for E4F adventures and trips are listed on their respective program pages.

Overview
All of our current items are available through a print-on-demand model which limits our ability to process exchanges and refunds. All sales on the Evidence 4 Faith shop are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for items that have been delivered as expected. If your items have a defect or were damaged during shipping, we may be able to issue an exchange or refund.
Damage, misprints, Wrong Item…
If the item you receive is not what you expected (damaged, misprint, or it’s the wrong item), you must contact info@evidence4faith.org with pictures of your item(s), your order number, and the name on the order as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstance, we may be able to issue a replacement or refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@evidence4faith.org.
Gifted Items
If the item was sent to you directly as a gift but paid for by someone else, the person who paid for the item needs to open an inquiry if there are any issues with the order. We cannot disclose sensitive information or issue refunds to a person whose name is not on the order. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. No exceptions will be made.
Returns
We cannot accept returns at this time. You may dispose of items that are damaged after you have received your replacement or refund. If you no longer want an item you ordered, we encourage you to gift it to someone else.
